All temporarily assigned frequencies for Aviano Air Base Unit Organizations will be reviewed 90 days prior to their expiration date, updated to ensure accuracy of the assignment, and submitted for renewal no later than 30 days prior to the expiration date.
Temporary assignments on loan from 31 CS ISM will be reviewed annually, or one week prior to expiration, whichever is more appropriate for the condition of the loan.
Act on behalf of the Host Installation Commander to immediately resolve all electromagnetic radio frequency interference issues and prohibit any radio frequency emitters from operating (cease and desist) when anticipating or noting electromagnetic interference to approved mission essential electromagnetic equipment.
The RFAs/TFAs issued by 31 CS ISM will contain an expiration date on which the authorization expires.
