The publication establishes Incirlik-specific airfield driver responsibilities, program management procedures, training standards, and access levels. It requires certified drivers, documented training, valid airfield passes, and compliance with Foreign Object Debris checkpoints.
Controlled Movement Area (CMA) access will be annotated with “A” access. “A” access includes the runway, all taxiways, parking ramps and loops.
Personnel who have not been trained for, or do not need access to the airfield at night will be granted DAYTIME ONLY access. DAYTIME ONLY access will be annotated with “B” restriction on the AF Form 483. Personnel with “B” are not authorized access to the CMA. “B” access only includes taxiways Sierra and November, parking ramps and loops during daylight hours only.
Trainees who fail the color vision test are restricted to daylight driving only.
Mission Oriented Protective Posture (MOPP) gear is not authorized while operating a vehicle on the airfield.
All dropped FOD objects (e.g. aircraft parts, tools, nuts, bolts, etc.) shall be turned in to Airfield Management.
