It covers airfield driving training, operating procedures, controlled movement area access, runway incursion prevention, and driving privileges. It also requires procedures for inspections, incident reporting, airfield driver records, and waiver coordination.
Applies to: The contents of this publication applies to all military and civilian personnel, to include the 908th Flying Training Wing (908 FTW) (AFRC), conducting ground vehicular operations on the airfield at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.
Appointment letters must be renewed/updated upon change in commanders, ADPMs or alternate ADPMs.
Due to critical safety implications, the ADPM must not be deployed, transferred, or separated without a knowledgeable and qualified replacement.
The ADPM will be given 30 days to correct the discrepancies.
Only grant CMA access when mission requirements dictate.
Refresher training will include a review of this ADI, DAFI13-213 and the Airfield Driving Tests (Airfield Diagram, General Knowledge and Runway Incursion Prevention).
