The publication covers airfield driving training, runway and HMA incursion prevention, color vision testing, vehicle passes, escorts, and AF Form 483 procedures. It requires local familiarization, qualification and refresher training, testing, practical check rides, and airfield program documentation.
Applies to: It applies to all 341 MW and 582 HG personnel, tenant personnel, and TDY/deployed personnel driving on the airfield, including the Air National Guard, if called to base.
