Applies to: The contents of this instruction apply to all military and civilian personnel conducting ground operations, to include vehicular and pedestrian, operations on the airfield at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri.
I am also fully aware that no vehicle or pedestrian shall enter a runway or other controlled movement areas without approval from the Air Traffic Control Tower. (paragraph 1-8)
At a minimum, the trainee must demonstrate the ability to operate a vehicle to and from their designated work areas. (paragraph 7)
