Applies to: It applies to Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command (HQ AFGSC) and its subordinate units, including those in the United States Space Force, Air Reserve and Air National Guard Components.
Compliance with attachments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in this publication is mandatory.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) DAFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
Users of this instruction must notify the AFGSC Director of Operations and Communications (HQ AFGSC/A3/6) of conflicts between this instruction and other directives, instructions, or technical orders.
Major changes include requirements for creating separate COOP plans; the creation of and participation in COOP OPTs; and responsibilities for development of contingency funding through inputs during the annual planning, programming, budgeting, and execution process.
