What does an employee agree to when joining a DETO arrangement?

The employee voluntarily agrees to work at the DAF-approved alternate work site indicated below and agrees to comply with all applicable DAF and Department policies and procedures, including those set forth at 3 FAM 2370 and the DETO SOPs. (paragraph 1)

(paragraph 2)

What approvals are required before teleworking from overseas?

The employee agrees that they will not commence telework from overseas until both this agreement is approved, and they have received Chief of Mission approval (either through the NSDD 38 process or through eCC). (paragraph 2)
