Who must complete the mandatory training requirements in CFETP8GXXX?

Individuals must successfully complete the USAF Honor Guard Course (L5AQO8G000 0H1A), or equivalent initial skills training. Members must be certified on all core tasks listed in the STS. (paragraph 4)
