The CFETP will be used by MFMs and supervisors at all levels to ensure comprehensive and cohesive training programs are available for everyone in the specialty. (paragraph 3)
For award of AFSC 4T031, completion of the Medical Laboratory Apprentice Course Phase I and Phase II is mandatory. (paragraph 9)
There are no formal courses required for upgrade to the 7-skill level. (paragraph 4)
For award and retention of AFSC 4T031, members must maintain local network access IAW AFI 17-130, Cybersecurity Program Management, and DAFMAN 17-1301, Computer Security (COMPUSEC). (paragraph 9)
