CFETP4J0X2AC3 covers medical readiness, vital signs, anatomy and physiology, functional anatomy, and special populations. It includes task standards, technical references, proficiency codes, on-the-job training certification, and changes to Career Development Course requirements.
The new STS removes the requirement for Career Development Courses (CDCs), but the existing CDCs will remain in use for all members. Those members who complete the new accredited Phase II formal training at St Philip’s College are not required to complete CDCs. (paragraph 2)
Continuing/on-going Medical Readiness Training for the individual is the responsibility of each medical facility. (paragraph 3)
For the purposes of this CFETP, the terms “Technical Reference” and “Training Reference” (TR) are synonymous.
