Applies to: The plan is used by 4E0X1 MAJCOM Functional Managers and supervisors at all levels to ensure comprehensive and cohesive training programs are available for each individual in the specialty.
Each individual completes the mandatory training requirements specified in this plan. (paragraph 2)
Supervisors must develop a continuation-training program that ensures individuals in the Public Health career field receive the necessary training at the appropriate point in their career. (paragraph 1)
Prior to completing an associate degree, the 5 level must be awarded and the requirements outlined in Table 1 must be met. (paragraph 4)
Most task performance is taught to the “2b” proficiency level, which means the student can do most parts of the task but does need assistance on the hardest parts of the task (partially proficient). (paragraph 3)
