Applies to: The plan will be used by MFMs and supervisors at all levels to ensure comprehensive and cohesive training programs are available for everyone in the specialty.
The CFETP consists of two parts. Supervisors plan, manage, and control training within the specialty using both parts of the plan. (paragraph 1)
Unit Training Managers (UTM) and supervisors manage and control progression through the career field by ensuring members complete the mandatory training requirements for upgrade specified in this CFETP and supplemented by their MAJCOM. (paragraph 3)
Upgrade training to the 5-skill level in this specialty consists of completing (1) Core tasks and (2) CDC 4D051. (paragraph 4)
Members can only win once in each category. (paragraph 9)
Individual nominations must include specific facts that clearly distinguish the nominees from their peers citing examples during the award period only. (paragraph 9)
