Applies to: This CFETP provides the information necessary for AFCFM, MFM, commanders, training managers, supervisors, and trainers to plan, develop, manage, and conduct an effective career field training program.
The CFETP consists of two parts. Supervisors will use both parts to plan, manage, and control training within the specialty. (paragraph 7)
Individuals must complete the initial skills course to be awarded AFSC 4C031. (paragraph 7)
Completion of the CDC is mandatory for upgrade to the 5-skill level. (paragraph 7)
Each individual will complete the mandatory training requirements specified in this plan. (paragraph 5)
All training is documented in the ITR by way of AFTR. (paragraph 2)
