The Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP) is a comprehensive education and training document identifying life-cycle education and training requirements, training support resources, and minimum requirements for the Emergency Management specialty. (paragraph 1)
AF/A4CX and AFCEC/CXR will review this CFETP annually and make updates and changes as deemed appropriate. (paragraph 2)
At the unit level, supervisors and trainers must use Part II to identify, plan and conduct training commensurate with the overall goals of this plan. (paragraph 3)
