It contains career field progression information, training standards, qualification training packages, and course indexes. It requires supervisors and trainers to use Part II to identify, plan, and conduct training aligned with the guide and local mission.
At the unit level, supervisors and trainers must use Part II to identify, plan, and conduct training commensurate with the overall goals of this guide and the local mission.
The CFETP consists of two parts used by the supervisor and employee to plan, manage, and control training within the job series.
Section A identifies the Group Series Training Standard (GSTS) to include duties, tasks, and technical references to support Wage Grade training programs.
Core Tasks. Mandatory tasks which the AFCCFM has identified as a minimum qualification requirement within a job series or duty position.
AFQTPs identify the Air Force’s standardized method for performing the task.
