Occupational Competencies are required of all Airmen within a specific workforce category and provide the breadth of experience across the AFS. (paragraph 2)
Wear the basic badge after award of 5-skill level. (paragraph 2)
2W1 personnel wear the Missile Senior badge after the award of the 7-skill level with 48 months experience, cumulative from the award of 5-skill level, in direct support of guided missile loading and/or performing maintenance on aircraft or alternate mission equipment that support the guided missile systems. (paragraph 2)
The (Attachment 2) STS will be used for technical training provided by Air Education and Training Command (AETC) for classes beginning in February CY26. (paragraph 1)
