CFETP2W0X1 contains Part I guidance on specialty management, career progression, resources, and transition training. Part II covers competency models, course objectives, support materials, training requirements, and specialty training standards.
Applies to: Munitions managers should utilize Part II to support duty position qualification training for civilian personnel occupying associated munitions positions.
The CFETP consists of two parts; all parts are used by supervisors to plan, manage, and control training within the 2W0X1 AFSC. (paragraph 2)
Part II is designed to provide a granular view of the requirements for task qualification and is a critical tool for effective talent management and skill development within the career field. (paragraph 2)
Section B contains the Course Objective List (COL) and training standards supervisors will use to determine if Airmen satisfied training requirements. (paragraph 2)
Section F is the 2W0 Specialty Training Standard (STS) and includes duties, tasks, Technical References (TRs) to support training, AETC conducted training, wartime course requirements, core task and correspondence course requirements. (paragraph 2)
