Applies to: This plan will be used by MFMs, Base Training Managers (BTMs), Base Functional Managers (BFMs), and supervisors at all levels to ensure comprehensive and cohesive training programs are available for each member in the specialty.
The CFETP consists of two parts. Supervisors will use both parts to plan, manage, and control training. (paragraph 9)
Each member will complete the mandatory training requirements specified in this plan. (paragraph 5)
On-the-Job Training (OJT), resident training, contract training, or exportable courses can satisfy these identified requirements. (paragraph 5)
Once the trainer certifies the trainee, the trainee may perform the competency. (paragraph 8)
After having 36 months in the Air Force, 5 skill levels will attend Airman Leadership School (ALS) to enhance their Professional Military Education (PME). (paragraph 8)
