It replaces the Task Qualification Training paragraph and defines requirements for deployment, SEI, and annual CBRN training tasks. It adds attachment guidance for Aircraft Electrical and Environmental System personnel and personnel maintaining aircraft not listed in specific attachments.
Applies to: This change is effective immediately and affects all 2A6X6 career fields and CFETPs.
Maintenance technicians should be qualified on all these tasks (as applicable per airframe) prior to deployment. (paragraph 2)
Tasks identified with an (~) require annual CBRN (Training Task Qualification) training in the work center. (paragraph 2)
At a minimum, individuals will be evaluated on their ability to accomplish AFSC-specific tasks while wearing CBRN defense IPE in MOPP Four (4) for a minimum of two hours per identified task. (paragraph 2)
Document training on an DAF 797 or local equivalent until myTraining has capability. (paragraph 2)
The tasks and knowledge listed in attachment 2 will be performed as applicable by personnel in the Aircraft Electrical and Environmental System Specialty. (paragraph 3)
