Applies to: This plan will be used by MAJCOM Functional Managers (MFMs), Base Training Managers (BTMs), Base Functional Managers (BFMs), and supervisors at all levels to ensure comprehensive and cohesive training programs are available for each member in the specialty.
Supervisors will use both parts to plan, manage, and control training. (paragraph 8)
Each member will complete the mandatory training requirements specified in this plan. (paragraph 5)
Once task qualified, a trainee may perform the task unsupervised. (paragraph 8)
After having 36 months in the Air Force, 5 skill-levels will attend Airman Leadership School (ALS) to enhance their Professional Military Education (PME). (paragraph 8)
The 9 skill-level is awarded upon promotion to Senior Master Sergeant. (paragraph 8)
