Applies to: The plan is used by MFMs and supervisors at all levels to ensure comprehensive and cohesive training programs are available for everyone in the specialty.
The CFM is the approval authority. Also, the CFM will initiate an annual review of this document to ensure currency and accuracy. (paragraph 3)
Each individual completes the mandatory training requirements specified in this plan. (paragraph 2)
The B-CDP is required for all enlisted ISR Airmen to complete after OJT at their first duty station. (paragraph 6)
Each competency is further broken down into the following proficiency levels; basic, intermediate, advanced, and expert. (paragraph 6)
