All personnel entering the ARM specialty will complete the Aviation Resource Management Apprentice Course. (paragraph 7)
Minimum time in upgrade training is 12-months. Retrainees will adhere to a 9-month minimum. (paragraph 7)
Minimum time in upgrade training is 9-months. Retrainees will adhere to a 6-month minimum. (paragraph 7)
Completion of the 5-skill level Distance Learning course and all applicable STS core and work center tasks are required prior to award of the 5-skill level.
