CFETP1750 covers occupational analysis, instructional design, competency assessments, on-the-job training, competency execution, and civilian development. It identifies training courses and sources, and requires individuals to complete applicable competency and proficiency level requirements.
Applies to: The plan should be used by supervisors at all levels to ensure comprehensive and cohesive training and development programs are available for each individual in the occupational series.
