It identifies life-cycle education and training requirements, training support resources, and minimum core task requirements. It requires mandatory training and outlines approved duty titles, career progression, and supplemental training.
Applies to: 13M members, supervisors, trainers, commanders, the Development Team (DT), MAJCOM Functional Managers (MFMs), and mentors use this CFETP to ensure comprehensive training, cohesive force development, and training are available for the 13M AFSC.
13M1s have 14 calendar months from the Date Arrived on Station to accomplish IST and UGT and be awarded the 13M3 AFSC. (paragraph 85-726)
13M1s are not fully mission qualified and shall not deploy as a 13M3 nor act as a qualified Airfield Operations Officer. (paragraph 85-726)
Formal course (E3OBR13M1 XXXX) conducted at Keesler AFB, Mississippi by the 334 Training Squadron. (paragraph 2)
UGT must be complete NLT 14 months after the member arrives on station as a new 13M1. (paragraph 2)
Senior (Basic with the star): 7 years after completion of UGT. Must also have completed one of the supplemental training courses identified in Supplemental Training. (paragraph 6)
