Waivers must be forwarded to the 13H Career Field Manager (CFM) at af.a3.th@us.af.mil to accommodate availability constraints or personal emergencies. (paragraph 1)
The 13H CFM is the CFETP approval authority. (paragraph 2)
The 13H CFM will initiate a policy review as needed to ensure CFETP currency, accuracy, and relevancy. (paragraph 2)
Officers should refer to Table 1, 13H Upgrade Progression, for expectations on the progression pathway. (paragraph 3)
Assignment-specific training requirements (Attachment 2) are unique to an AP location and are not considered core 13H upgrade requirements. (paragraph 3)
