It also establishes driving records and a traffic point system, with noncompliance subject to administrative, judicial, or disciplinary action.
Applies to: All provisions are directive in nature and apply to all organizations and personnel located on or within the jurisdictional limits of Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), New Mexico (NM).
Failure to comply with these requirements provides for administrative, judicial, and/or disciplinary action as authorized by federal laws, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Air Force Directives, and the laws of the state of New Mexico.
