Applies to: This instruction applies to all U.S. DoD military (to include TDY personnel), DoD civilian personnel and their command sponsored dependents who are entitled to operate government-owned, leased, rented, or POVs on Aviano AB.
Supervisors at all levels will ensure their personnel are knowledgeable of all activities outlined in this instruction.
Failure to comply with procedures outlined in this publication will be a violation of Article 92, UCMJ, Failure to obey a Lawful Order.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322 Records Management and Information Governance Program and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule (RDS), which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS).
