Applies to: This instruction applies to units assigned to the 31st Fighter Wing (31 FW) and units assigned and attached to or supported by Aviano Air Base (AB) including the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve.
Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW AFMAN 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Disposition Schedule located at https://www.my.af.mil/gcss-af61a/afrims/afrims/.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Form 847s from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the publication OPR for non-tiered compliance items.
