ANGI32-1001 addresses work orders, real property, preventive maintenance, materials, emergency conditions, and construction. It requires the use of iEMS, annual shop-rate calculations, customer feedback, and processes for maintenance and work requirements.
Applies to: Although the principal focus is facility operations, this publication applies to all ANG Civil Engineer personnel.
Policies, procedures, and criteria outlined in this instruction apply to all ANG facility operations and maintenance and minor construction projects, whether entirely or partially federally funded.
Materials identified and/or purchased for specific work orders will not be used for other work, except for emergencies.
Residual materials must be used for work orders prior to acquiring new materials.
Recalculate/verify shop rates annually or more often if significant change in wages occurs.
The operations flight must prioritize PM ahead of all other forms of scheduled work. (paragraph 3)
