Supplements to this instruction will not lessen the requirements nor change the basic content or intent of this instruction.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the Publication OPR for non-tiered compliance items using the DAF Form 679, Department of the Air Force Publication Compliance Item Waiver Request/Approval, to NGB/A4MM, 3501 Fetchet Avenue, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762-5157.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the DAF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route DAF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command to NGB/A4MM, 3501 Fetchet Avenue, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762-5157.
