What is the objective of the Air National Guard Flying Hour Program?

The objective for the Air National Guard (ANG) Flying Hour Program (FHP) is to provide ANG units with flying hour resources to accomplish validated weapon system Volume 1 training requirements, to ensure the highest level of aircrew training and readiness, and to fully execute the approved flying hour program as funded in the President’s Budget (PB1.1.2).
