The objective of this manual is to develop and maintain a high state of Mobility Air Forces Unit-level Intelligence (ULI) mission readiness for effective execution of Air Force missions supporting the full range of military operations to include joint and combined operations, and builds on guidance found in AFMAN 14-402.
