The award consists of a certificate of achievement signed by the AMC/CC (or designated representative) and an engraved memento provided by the Command Chief’s Office. (paragraph 2)
All AMC appropriated fund and nonappropriated fund civilian employees, regardless of race, sex, age, religion, national origin, or disability, who meet the criteria are eligible for these awards. (paragraph 2)
The nominee must have been engaged in activities to ease the transition for inbound service members or civilians and their families. (paragraph 2)
Units must validate Phoenix Warrior Sponsor’s achievements covering the timeframe used for nomination of the award. (paragraph 2)
The award is not designed to recognize Phoenix Warrior Sponsors for a single act. (paragraph 2)
