Compliance is mandatory, and records created through prescribed processes must be maintained and disposed of according to specified Air Force records requirements.
Applies to: This instruction is applicable to APEX APS/AMS units, and deployed APEX locations.
Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of in accordance with Air Force Records Information Management System Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.

The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (T-2) number following the compliance statement.
