Applies to: This publication applies to Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) units and the Air National Guard (ANG) upon activation under Title 10.
Specifically, it prescribes the fundamental Roles, Responsibilities, Relationships, and Authorities (R3A) used by Air Mobility Command (AMC).
Volume 1 serves as the basis for subsequent volumes of AMCI 10-212.

Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the requestor’s commander for non-tiered compliance items.
