AMCI10-2101 covers mission criteria, scheduling, training and service missions, foreign military parachutists, and support information. It requires compliance, records maintenance, and approval for waivers and deviations through specified channels.
Applies to: It is applicable to AMC, Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Mobility Air Forces (MAF) units.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to HQ AMC/A3D in accordance with (IAW) paragraph 1.4..
Ensure foreign jumpers are physically, physiologically, professionally, and administratively qualified to perform the parachute operations in accordance with applicable foreign military standards.
Ensure each jump aircraft will have, for the duration of the jump operation, at least one person that speaks both English and the language of the participating jumpers.
