Data generation and exposure monitoring during OEHSS should proceed according to defined, written SAPs that address sampling strategies, sample management, laboratory analyses, and associated quality assurance. (paragraph 2)
The CSM serves as the blueprint for understanding the situation, designing surveillance and sampling plans, identifying at-risk populations, describing health risks, and prioritizing risk management actions to control unacceptable risks. (paragraph 3-2)
Preliminary CSMs are not recorded in DOEHRS-IH. (paragraph 2)
Once an EP is created in the active CSM area of DOEHRS-IH, a priority level is required. (paragraph 3)
A rapid HRA is an optional activity typically reserved for experienced FHP teams with the necessary equipment and expertise to perform them. (paragraph 1-4)
