It covers annotation and clarity of changes, major and minor amendments, approval procedures, control numbers, and technical review documentation. It requires concurrence that a safety plan change is minor and involves no risk level change before certain changes are made.
Applies to: This guidance applies to the activities specified in AFTCI 91-202, Section 1.6 in which the 412 TW is a participant.
Changes will be made directly to the existing documentation and will be clearly identified within the test package. (paragraph 99-103)
At a minimum, changes associated with the most recent amendment will be clearly annotated to reviewers and the TEA (if applicable). (paragraph 99-103)
If the TEA has pre-approved minor safety plan changes, the SRB Chairperson or an independent TSO must concur that the safety plan change is minor and there is no risk level change. (paragraph 99-103)
Concurrence from other ISRs may also be required at the discretion of the SRB Chair or the TSO. (paragraph 99-103)
If the change is determined to be minor, the TSO may make the minor safety plan change to the test package and update the summary of changes. (paragraph 99-103)
