Applies to: It directs the application of system safety principles to the planning and conduct of all test projects involving Air Force Test Center (AFTC) resources or under the responsibility of the AFTC (reference paragraph 1.6).
The TEA for all LOW risk (including NEGLIGIBLE risk) test events is the responsible Squadron Commander (CC) or equivalent. (paragraph 91-202)
