Applies to: It applies to individuals at all levels including the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard; and where specified applies to Air Force civilian employees.
Nominees may be military or civilian personnel who were assigned or attached to the 1035th Field Activities Group, 1035th Technical Operations Group, or the Air Force Technical Applications Center (headquarters, detachments, and/or operating locations). (paragraph 3)
Nominees must have served for at least five (5) years with the organization in some capacity as a military member and/or civil servant. (paragraph 3)
Nominees cannot be actively/currently employed or attached to AFTAC, and nominee must be retired/separated from active service for at least five (5) years before nomination eligibility. (paragraph 3)
Nominee cannot have had any significant disciplinary action while serving at AFTAC (e.g., nonjudicial punishment; letters of reprimand/admonishment; suspension; removal, clearance revocation, etc.), and all military nominees must have received an Honorable Discharge (no exceptions). (paragraph 3)
ALL SUBMISSION PACKAGES MUST BE UNCLASSIFIED. (paragraph 3)
