It addresses Military Repair Station requirements, Air Logistics Complex management, parts and material documentation, and maintenance under 14 CFR Parts 43, 65, and 145. It requires maintenance and repairs to comply with FAA requirements without causing an aircraft, engine, or component to lose its FAA certification.
Applies to: This publication applies to all AFSC Air Logistics Complexes (ALC) and all ALC personnel performing maintenance and repairs to affected CDA.
The ALCs may supplement this publication by local instruction, but the instruction must be provided to AFSC/ENS for review and coordination prior to publication.
Request for waivers must be processed through command channels to the publication OPR for consideration.
