Applies to: This publication is applicable to all AFSC/EN Staff Office personnel, Scientists/Engineers (S&E), and technical management at the various operating locations (OL).
Employees/Teams/Scientists Engineers and Technicians (SETs) who achieve superior accomplishments that contribute to the quality, efficiency, or economy of government operations should be nominated for these awards. (paragraph 1)
Nominations must be on an official AF Form 1206, Nomination for Award, in narrative-style Performance Statements. (paragraph 2)
Call for nominations will be suspensed via TMT and due by the 10th working day of the month following the close of each calendar year quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). (paragraph 2)
Division chief will submit no more than one nomination, in any category (team or employee). (paragraph 2)
Winners will be recognized with a Time-Off Award of eight hours or equivalent pass for military. (paragraph 2)
