Who can be nominated for AFSC awards?

Employees/Teams/Scientists Engineers and Technicians (SETs) who achieve superior accomplishments that contribute to the quality, efficiency, or economy of government operations should be nominated for these awards. (paragraph 1)

What form and writing style are required for quarterly award nominations?

Nominations must be on an official AF Form 1206, Nomination for Award, in narrative-style Performance Statements. (paragraph 2)

When are quarterly award nominations due?

Call for nominations will be suspensed via TMT and due by the 10th working day of the month following the close of each calendar year quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). (paragraph 2)
