Applies to: This publication applies to the Total Force (RegAF, AF Reserve, or Air National Guard) organization with Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) personnel assigned.
CLPs are mandatory for organizations with 10 or more assigned CLAs and should be separate and distinct from existing command training programs. (paragraph 1)
Organizations with 50 or more assigned CLAs will require an assigned full-time CLPM. (paragraph 1)
The AFSCC CLP develops mission-capable CLAs to perform mission-essential tasks critical to the successful accomplishment of AF and National cryptologic missions. (paragraph 1)
Organizational leadership and CLPMs, in coordination with CLA supervisors and language mentors, must develop language training schedules to project and deliver language training to all CLAs as defined in the CLA CFETPs. (paragraph 3)
Training to reach L3/R3 should be deliberate, effective, and goal oriented. (paragraph 3)
