How many business card requests are allowed per calendar year?

Business card requests must not exceed six per calendar year. (paragraph 2)

When can additional business cards be requested?

Additional cards may be requested if transferred to a new office/location, or a new position with a different Duty title, or contact information has been changed. (paragraph 1)

Who can approve business card requests through the online ordering portal?

Only appointed business card POCs are authorized to approve requests for business cards through the vendor’s online ordering portal. (paragraph 3)

Which QR codes are authorized on business cards?

The only authorized QR codes are the QR codes that lead to the Aim High Application download instructions, the individual recruiter or unit profile page within the Aim High profile app, to AirForce.com or to SpaceForce.com. (paragraph 3)

Are nicknames or call signs allowed on business cards?

Nicknames and/or call signs (i.e. Maverick, Iceman, Goose, Hot Shot, etc.) are not authorized. (paragraph 3)
