Applies to: This Mission Directive applies to individuals assigned to Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC).
Exercises administrative control over assigned personnel at the 860th Cyberspace Operations Group, Robins AFB, GA and the 960th Cyberspace Operations Group, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX and all subordinate units. (paragraph 2)
Ensures subordinate units operate and train to operate cyber weapon systems in accordance with 16th Air Force guidance and operational standards. (paragraph 2)
Maintain a rapidly deployable (within 72 hours) combat communication capability to meet AF and combatant commander contingency requirements. (paragraph 3)
Provide combat ready, trained personnel to execute defensive cyberspace missions on AF and Department of Defense networks and systems in defense of core AF functions and to ensure critical Department of Defense missions. (paragraph 3)
Provide trained operators to execute vulnerability assessments on AF and Department of Defense networks and systems in order to ensure appropriate integrity, security and network defense posture is enforced. (paragraph 3)
