Plan, lead, and conduct military rescue operations and missions to deny competitors and adversaries exploitation of isolated personnel. (paragraph 1)
Reports to the Commander of the Tenth Air Force. (paragraph 2)
Exercises administrative control over assigned personnel. (paragraph 2)
The Wing Commander prepares and deploys combat ready forces in support of Presidential directives and Global, Geographical, and Functional Combatant Commands. (paragraph 2)
Organize, train, and equip combat-ready forces for unilateral, multilateral, joint, and combined missions and operations spanning force application, force enhancement, and force sustainment. (paragraph 3)
