It implements guidance in AFI 38-101 and describes the squadron’s Space Test and Training Range mission, command structure, and oversight duties. It also requires compliance with prescribed processes for records, waivers, and publication changes.
Applies to: This Missions Directive applies to individuals assigned to HQ AFRC.
The 379th Space Range Squadron provides qualified and proficient citizen airmen to operate, maintain, and sustain the Space Test and Training Range. (paragraph 1)
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Information Management System Records Disposition Schedule.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the publication OPR for non-tiered compliance items.
