It establishes a management support structure, command reporting, administrative control, and medical mission oversight. Compliance with the publication is mandatory.
Applies to: This mission directive applies to individuals assigned to HQ AFRC and subordinate units.
Provides a management support structure at parent wing locations where multiple ground medical units are assigned. (paragraph 1)
Reports to the Commander of the assigned wing. (paragraph 2)
Exercises administrative control over assigned personnel. (paragraph 2)
Execute commander’s responsibilities as outlined in AFI 1-2, Commander’s Responsibilities. (paragraph 3)
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Information Management System Records Disposition Schedule.
