Exercises administrative control over assigned personnel in the Expeditionary Combat Support – Training Certification Center, Force Support Silver Flag, Transportation Proficiency Center and Contingency Equipment Management Facility who provide training and equipment support to the elements of the Mission Support Group enterprise. (paragraph 2)
Provides oversight and execution of planning, training, readiness, weapons/tactics, standardization/evaluation, integration, special security, mission support, and operations in collaboration with RegAF partners. (paragraph 3)
