Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force Squadrons or Flights provides civil engineering support for the beddown of personnel and aircraft. (paragraph 1)
Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force Squadrons or Flights forces support contingency operations by providing engineer support capabilities to employ, protect, sustain, and recover forces to support Air Force and Joint beddown operations. (paragraph 1)
Reports to the Commander, Mission Support Group, or other designated group commander to which assigned. (paragraph 2)
Exercises administrative control over assigned personnel and assigned units. (paragraph 2)
Provides oversight and execution of the Civil Engineer Squadron/Flight mission. (paragraph 3)
